Why You Should Use Chris Dennis

"Every real estate transaction is unique and distinctly different from the next with each having its own set of advantages and disadvantages. Often times there are challenges that need to be navigated. When it comes to navigating the "landmines" found throughout a real estate transaction, I have seen my fair share and I am ready and able to find solutions! I received my first real estate license here in Virginia Beach close to 30 years ago and since then I have been licensed in three states. I pride myself on being a great listener, a loyal advocate, a savvy deal structurer, and a solid negotiator. I am very good at my job and I take great pleasure in having the opportunity to prove myself worthy! Please feel free to call and chat if you feel inclined to do so"

Meet the Supervising Broker

Chris Dennis

Born in Norflok, VA and raised in beautiful Sandbridge Beach. Chris graduated from Cape Henry Collegiate in 1988 and then from Virginia Tech in 1993 and his roots run deep in this coastal community. The Dennis family was among the first group of folks to reside in Sandbridge Beach back in 1953. That beach is where Chris grew up working the family owned grocery business, The Sandbridge Market, which is still family owned and operated to this day. He is very grateful to have grown up here in Sandbridge and feels extremely fortunate to still be living this unique coastal lifestyle!

“Chris provided excellent service with the sale of my home in Sandbridge.  Since I live six hours away, Chris happily helped as needed when I could not be in Sandbridge. He went above and beyond what was necessary and I so appreciated his help. My home sold very quickly as Chris’ knowledge base in real estate was vast.  It was a very easy process with Chris as my agent, even from a distance."
